I have a question about workouts in general... If you do the same workout for a while, will it stop being effective or should you start doing others?
i like the workouts but it was very annoying to get up from the planks or the squats to come and address the ads. got me demotivated to follow through what was an otherwise great doable exercise for me. place your ads in the beginning or in the end, or when the rest period is happening!!

Ready? 69, male, just found prolactin released 68 years. The hormone women release when pregnant. Yeah. Belly fat, low muscle mass, always hungry, you know! Found by accident. Osteoporosis, high estrogen, low testosterone, Year after stopping the PRL, now on high Testosterone treatment. Never huge, down to 165, need lose that pregnant belly fat. Never felt full til now. Glad I found this. I wish I was making this up. Getting my breast tissue removed in 6 mos. Tell others, if sons have boobs after puberty, blood tests including prolactin to save them years of hell.

Love this! I just started my fitness journey after several years of health issues that prevented me from doing anything. I'm still recovering, but now better enough to do stretching, planks, and squats with 6lb dumbbells etc. I started with 15-20 minutes a day everyday and a 30-40+ minutes walk whenever I can. I'm definitely going to add this to my routine. Just finished my morning routine before discovering your video, so I'm going to try it later in the day.

WHY THE F ARE THERE ADS. So dumb cause it goes off in the middle of the workout.
So I'm fat and lazy and started doing this everyday and it's literally become the most dreaded 10 mins of my day. How long will it take before it becomes easy enough that it doesn't feel like torture? I feel like I'm not making progress because I still feel like I'm going to die at the end.
Adding an ad in the middle of the workout is evil 😭👎🏽 at least put it in the intro before it starts so we don't have to stop our workout to skip the ad

I got through the bonus round
Alright its Day 4 of HIIT. What I do is complete two rounds/sets first then take a 2min break and finish the remaining 2 rounds/sets. That bonus round though thank you for that.

Iv been doing this hiit exercise since covid times 3 yrs atleast..these days I do it when I don’t go to the gym. Certainly a good exercise to keep moving..
1. day - 3 round (it seems like easy but it is not actually.)
For anyone who’s a “beginner “ like me , don’t let that title fool you 😅 yes it’s a beginner’s one , but be prepared to get your butt kicked . It’s INTENSE because going on day 3 I still can’t sit down on the toilet without being in pain 😃
